Yes, PC. I do take this seriously and I think about taking a step back to gain a different perspective. But, just because someone feels that they were mistreated is not an excuse to mistreat someone else. I do not do it and I did not do it over there. If people consider members over there a clique ( I don't) there were many other members outside of that group that they could have interacted with.And for the record, my problem was not so-much the so-called Prince ass kissing, it was the treatment that newbies and lurkers received from members of the clique. Not cool at all.

Not particularly. Everybody outside of the General Discussion forum smells of old socks, so I don't care if you're from the org, the NPGMC or michaelbolton.org if you're not in my clique.

Anyway, I didn't mean to offend any1 or take the piss. I don't really care what went on over at NPGMC, which was exactly my point. I was afraid that talking on and on about THERE over here was gonna make me feel outta place (does that make sense?). Anyway I DID post it in this forum, which I normally NEVER visit, so if you want to carry on your NPGMC discussions here, that's basically fine. Oh... and for all you who r taking sides, I gotta say - as a REALLY longtime orger (I was around at the old org), I find GD here a bit cliquey too. I never go there coz it feels like if ppl don't know who u r, they ignore u and make lots of in-jokes etc. That's not to encourage a bunch of GD-hating now - just saying it's not like the Org is all roses... C'mon dude... i just wanna clarify a gross misclarification here..i was never on a rampage against sarcasm and spam banners...what i was against (IMHO) was a forum moderator using sarcasm and spam banners to create an enviroment that discouraged participants (old and new) from asking what i considered legitimate questions within the prince: music & more forum... how your spinning that into what you are is beyond me because its a totally different scenerio then the one that has been present within this thread (and a couple others)... my issue was about a situation that had evolved over a very long shelf life. the npgmc site has barely been closed for a week...and this is all the drama? which brings me back full circle, "move on"....i bet you if you do things will die out and go back to how it was. (ps..i just want to add something here...the great thing about org site moderation is that my concerns went on deaf ears...the majority of the org moderators disagreed with my concerns...i was overruled..and life moved on...thats how *fair* this site is...i was able to respectfully disgree with my peers and continue to enjoy the fun that is this forum...just as i am doing today.  well, until somebody tried to use it as a dagger againts me.

Back to the topic!
I think the Org has taken a huge downturn, due to the influx of new/returning NPGMC members. I, like many, used to use the club a lot to begin with, but it didn't take long before the forums and chat rooms were taken over by sheep and employees who lived the club 24/7 and who pretty much wrecked it for the casual visitor. The good thing was, the club drew a lot of the "Fams" away from the Org. Being on an "official site" dragged them in quicker than a moth to a light bulb. The org actually became more friendly once the "peace lovers" of the NPG went to hang out together. Now that some of them are back, or at least, using there org accounts a bit more, the bitching is back, the crazy ideas are back and worst of all.... The English language is under threat again from Princeabolics mania!
