Just my opinion.....
$31.21 to join sounds like a good price.... But at a price...like that...i wouldnt expect much from the club.. As far as free music being included.....I think most of us want to join because we want to hear new music...and yes advance tix sales..... and like i said yes they sold music but only a couple tracks a year and u dont need to be a member to buy them [Edited Added] To realy get any thing good U should have to Pay....back in 2001.. they charged $100...alot back then..and enough even now day.but still reasonable.... RodeoSchro said I believe that we will get the chance to purchase:
That would be my dream.....but not sure if thats such'a good idea either....because...i'd go Broke.... ...they'd get all my money 1. Music from the Vault, and lots of it; 2. Live audio concerts from the 70's through today; and 3. Concert DVDs from almost every concert that was recorded. That's what I think is awaiting us. [Edited 7/7/06 2:00am]

according to my sources, Prince is disinchanted with it right now, and no plans are in the works. Thus, to respond would be just speculation on my part, and I'd rather let Prince figure it out on his own. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

You all don't know anything about "Keep Steppin" do you? Does it have anything to do with Step Shows? The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Wish Prince the best, like some have said before who cares about Natures Publishing Group didnt even know the arseholes existed!!! from the court documents i read the suit is only over paper publications that usE NPG. not the music side or even the club. their claim is they have the rights to use NPG for printed material because they used it in 1999... ignoring the NPG magazine printed in 95...

NOT in a USPTO Board of Appeals!!! they can not mete out damages, cause Prince to shut down his site or anything else. no one can UNTIL the USPTO Board rules on the application to oppose the Paisley Park filing. Then Prince MIGHT have to adjust his situation in re; NPGMC, etc logo use if the USPTO agrees with the opposition and denies PPark a TM/SM on NPG. NONE of this mind you has any direct causal relationship on what happened at NPGMC - NONE. prince pulled the plug b/c he and his business management decided to - end of story. anyone wants a lawsuit for damages - get the few 1000 people who joined within the last 3 months and sue Paisley Park Enterprises or whomever owns the NPGMC site. oh and GOOD LUCK!!! We are the New Power Generation, we want to change the world... The only thing that's in our way is you. .

Very true! (in bold) And those who joined within the last couple months can't even sue. As long as "life of the club" was there, NPGMC was protected. . [Edited 7/11/06 5:55am] ****Prince has banished them INTO the REAL world****.

Has anyone looked at Prince.com recently? It says it's the future home of Prince.com - not sure how long that has been around, but I always thought it made sense for Prince to own Prince.com, just like U2 own U2.com, Sting owns Sting.com etc.... Prince.com would be a lot more accessible to interested passersby than, say, NPGMusicClub.com.
Still, we'll see. A $31.21 membership fee for a members-only CD and 77c downloads, or 99c downloads for non-members, seems like a good option to me. My guess for when this will happen? 7/31/21:00 as mentioned elsewhere on this thread.

3121.com seems too short term for me...I mean, what happens when the next album comes out? another new website? I dunno. "not a fan" yeah...ok
