And the bickering begins. Hmm...12 hours...it took a little longer than I expected before the claws start to come out.

I would guess that everyone has a Prince site the they feel more/most comfortable on--and I don't think it's any secret that many people did not feel comfortable/like the NPG forums because of the (perceived?) cliquey-ness and the "I'm more of a fan than you b/c I have x number of posts or have been a member since 2001" mentality.

The hiatus/closing/demise/whatever of the NPGMC is the PERFECT opportunity for everyone to start with a (relitively) clean slate. BUT people who consider themselves NPGMC fams first and foremost shouldn't come to the Org or HQ with any carry-over attitude, just as those who identify themselves primarily as "Orgers" or "Quakers" shouldn't treat "NPG refugees" with disdain. To do so would only be stooping to the same level of 'cliquey-ness' that NPG forums were known and disliked for.

i just want to say for the record that i don't have issues with anyone posting anywhere and if anyone has an issue with me doing anything then get some coins and throw 'em in the fountain, but meanwhile i just everyone to be groovy and cool and love each other in the sunshine, man.

Didn't about 50% of the people at the NPGMC start over here at the org? I agree that there were alot who were Prince ass kissers at the site but there were also a lot who just hung out in the chatroom and enjoyed each others company. But what ever. I thought this place was always a nice site to come back to get away from the BS but once again I was wrong.
