I got the following email, announcing the pre-sale of the "3121" disc, but when I went to order it, it tells me to sign-in. I do, but it says it doesn't recognize my password. I click-on "email me my password" just in case I am having a moment of Alzheimer's. It tells me they have no email on file for me. WTF????!!!??? THEY sent me the darn link - of course they have my email account on file!

Upon further investigation, I see at the bottom of the email from the "3121 Report" it says "email us at merchandise@musictoday.com" (???)

So I sign-in to the official NPGMC site and see that "3121" is not offered in the retail section. What gives? It seems like musictoday is taking the orders -- but is anyone else having trouble getting them to recognize log-in info from NPGMC membership?

weird. I got the e-mail but didn't use it to order mine. I was at NPGMC, went to retail, had to click on the pre-order box (3121 was not just listed like all the other products) and had no problems at all.

I wonder, with it being through MusicToday, whether it will still be counted for the charts? Obviously the npgmc stuff doesn't normally get added since it's sold sorta privately.

Living in the UK, there's loads of potential hidden costs involved in buying from the US. You've got the extra carriage costs, plus if the total cost of the order is over £18 apparently you can get stuck with a customs fee PLUS a handling fee from the Royal Mail! All that, and you will get it several days later than the release date.
