thoughts on the NPG store???? What do you guys think of the site? I find it very un-user friendly. It reminds me alot of that interactive game (never could figure it out). First you pay to sign up and still you have to pay more to download.

I must say I don't have a problem with the store. Don't know the average cost to download other music but for me it seems pretty cheap. .77 for a single can't be a bad price can it? And as far as the other merchandise, I tend to wait awhile before ordering. When the prices drop, I pick up some things, not like they're going out of style. Take the symbol tamborine, I remember when it was $80, now it's $40 for members. My orders always arrive on time if not early and I've never had an order problem.
I've been with the club since 2000, so it's not like I don't have the time in to run into problems. What are the problems you've come across so quickly? " a newborn child knows nothing of destruction, nothing of love & hate"

I will say the shipping is way out of line. Prince stuff has always been overpriced as far as merch, until you get a fire sale, but 6 bucks to ship a CD? 12 bucks to ship a (black)sweatshirt? Come on. He must have an army of oompa loompas to feed at those handling prices. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

merchandise = music getting screwed up the ass by needless profit-motivated materialism
stems from a lack of respect for music usually due to the brainwashing of the commercial music industry i'd rather spend my money on an organic orange " the embassy shut to keep the fools out " - as above, so below.
