I would like to do it at work because it's faster then my computer at home, so my question is: When I download the song or video does it down load to the computer I am on or do we have our own spot/"U'r account on the site?

It will be downloaded to whichever computer you use, ONLY. There is not way you can transfer it to another or open it from another computer.

Unfortunately, it downloads onto the computer you're on. Ur Account keeps track of your purchases, so you can re-download it at home on another computer without paying again. You need windows media audio player (version 9 at least).BUT it requires a license to play - the first time you play it, you have to be connected to the internet and it checks you have payed for the track and downloads a license file to your computer. You can't then move or copy the track onto another computer - it will only play on that computer - so you can't just take it home and expect it to play.
It's a pain, I know. You can burn the audio onto a playable cd, and then rip the track back onto your computer as an mp3 - this mp3 can then be played or copied anywhere since the protection is then removed. But you cannot so far burn a protected video onto a cd and have it play on another computer. So basically, when you download npgmc stuff, make sure you are on the computer you want to keep it or that the computer has cd-burning facilities.

In addition to the facts metalorange outlined, I would add that if you're on a Mac at home or at work, you are very likely going to have trouble playing the audio and video files. The WMP licensing does not seem to work for the majority of Mac users. And, if you're one of the lucky few for which the licensing works and you can play the files, you won't be able to burn the audio to CD because the Mac version of Windows Media Player doesn't support CD burning. You'll have to find more creative ways to get the audio onto a CD. Oh, and anything you buy from the club won't play on your iPod of you have one...unless, again, you get creative. Just FYI...
