so it's Rave week this week

Tangerine is one of the few really nice songs on Rave i loved that song right off the bat.
for a long time i wished it was a longer song, and i took off about 1/100000 of a point from its greatness for being "too short". however, now i realize that, were it any longer, it wouldn't be the gem that it is nor have the emotional 'punch' that it does. it's brevity contributes to what makes it so great. imo anyway. [Edited 11/27/05 4:16am] you have heard the Rave In2 the Joy Fantastic album version right? that one is slightly longer than the Rave Un2 version and has some extra guitarsoloing at the end. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |
