Deleted NPGMC Thread Applies For Prince.Org Refugee Status

9 NPGMC Moderators Found in Smelly MN Home
17 minutes ago

CHANHASSEN, Minnesota - When neighbors complained about a strong ammonia-like smell coming from a house, officials expected to find a methamphetamine lab. Instead, a code enforcement officer found 9 New Power Generation Music Club (NPGMC) moderators.

"Everywhere you looked, you saw NPGMC moderators," Chanhassen code enforcement officer Rick Jacobus said.

The moderators were found in the home's rafters and air ducts; the carpets and floors had been soaked with moderator urine, he said.

"Your eyes began to tear," Jacobus said. "It was like someone opened a can of ammonia."

Jacobus took police with him last week to inspect the house, near the corner of Highway 5 and Audubon Road, because officers told him the odor could signal a methamphetamine lab.

The nine moderators were evicted and several NPGMC members -- who were found in locked cages behind the house and described by the moderators as having been “banned” -- were released.

The moderators were taken to a local ASPCM shelter that was struggling to find new homes for them.

The moderators were not cited and landlord P.R. Nelson might not be either.
"If he acts in a responsible manner to clean it up, that's all I care about," Jacobus said.

When confronted by Jacobus at nearby Paisley Park, an NPGMC spokesperson who identified herself as Violet Brown claimed to have no knowledge about the moderators or the “banned’ members. “I swear, I only started working here last week,” she pleaded, adding, "I don't know nothin' 'bout bannin' no members!"

An answering machine at a number listed for L. Londell McMillan, Mr. Nelson’s, attorney, referred callers to the www.freeli’lkim.org website.

A city ordinance allows no more than one moderator per residence.
