Boston, MA- September 15, 2005-Right Turn, the Boston based non-profit that provides treatment to New England artists and entertainers on the road to recovery, and Massachusetts Organization for Addiction Recovery (MOAR) announced today that they will be hosting an incredible benefit concert featuring six of the world's greatest drummers and percussionists on Sunday night October 16th at the Berklee Performance Center in Boston. The concert was spearheaded by Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith and drummer/author Jon Cohan. Comedian and television star Lenny Clarke will emcee the evening's festivities. Performers include John Blackwell drummer for Prince and PDiddy, Eguie Castrillo percussionist, who has worked with Tito Puente and Jennifer Lopez, Horatio "El Negro" Hernandez drummer for artists from Santana to Steve Winwood, master conuguero Giovanni Hidalgo who has played with everyone from Peter Gabriel to Planet Drum, Simon Kirke from Bad Company and Ringo Starr's band, and of course Chad Smith from The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Twelve-year-old Boston prodigy, Daniel Banks will also perform.

"Right Turn is growing by leaps and bounds so we are very lucky and very proud to be the benefactor of this event. Entertainment wise, this is going to be one unbelievable night" says Woody Giessmann drummer of the beloved Del Fuegos and Right Turn founder and CEO. Event creator and co-producer Jon Cohan adds, "These musicians are the absolute best at what they do - they're all virtuosos. It's an incredible opportunity to see all these guys playing together in one night. The event has eclipsed anything I could have imagined before!
