I click on it, print it out, and the artwork is 2 small 2 fit in 2 a normal sized cd case. How do I enlarge the size of the cover in adobe acrobat reader?

It's normal size.

Maybe yo got the wrong print settings. You should tick off "scale page"

You don't need to enlarge it. I noticed it was created at 150 dpi. Your printer is probably printing at 300. I created a new document with photoshop at 150 dpi and pasted the pdf and it was the correct size. I'm pretty sure you change the resolution in your print settings too. The document I made was 9.5 X 4.75 inches.
