If you read my post properly you’ll see that I didn’t imply that you where personally selling concert tickets, I was simply making the comparison. Scalpers made a fortune from concert tickets. You have done the same selling your CD in the same manner. I hope this has clarified what I’ve said twice already. How ironic that you used the word imbecile, go to the mirror boy.

congrats on selling your cd for such a high price. people pay outlandish prices everyday on e-bay - why shouldn't you take advantage of the situation. I guess some people believe if you buy something & decide you don't want it & it is non-returnable you should keep it forever. fuck that.

But if you buy it from a music club like the NPGMC with an agreement that says you can't use your cd's for public and commercial purposes, it is a different matter.

Irishecho didn't just want to dispose off his cd...

he could have given it to a fan with no money or just for 15 bucks.

instead he choose to make much more off it, thus making it commercial use.

they should cancel his membership, then he still has paid 100$ but didn't make more than 83$.
