Every time I try to download something from the NPG thing..nothing happens. Some "access granted" comes up on my player and that's it, nothing else happens.

If someone would be interested in downloading some things for me (I'd pay whatever the club charges in advance) I'd really appreciate it. I'm beyound frustrated and have given up on trying to do it myself. ha

I have only downloaded two songs and they did not completely download. I only got a portion of the songs. Therefor I have not burned them to a disc. Because of these problems I will not pay for anymore downloads. They used to offer free downloads to club members. That's how they distinguished members from non members. Make the non members pay for down loads. I really don't feel like I've gotten much for the $125.00 that I paid for a membership. I'm sort of disappointed in the club.
