i can get the program up....but when the whole file comes up it
freezes up on my computer...can u help me ???

I just checked NPGMC and the site is working so it's not that.

There are countless possibilities.

The very first thing the front page (http://www.npgmusicclub.com) loads is a flash animation.

Maybe your current browser settings disallow flash animation ?

Maybe you don't have flash player ?

If you're on a dialup maybe it's just loading very slowly ?

You can avoid the initial flash animation by clicking on "Proceed to the NPG Music Club" at the bottom of the page.

All the graphics on the site are big and clunky and shite, and they take an age to load (even with a fast connection) so it could be that you're giving up before they've had a chance to load.

Try going directly to the retail page here : http://www.npgmusicclub.com/retail/

This is about the only page of the site that doesn't use flash, so if you can see that page but not the home page that would indicate problems with flash.

If you can provide any other specific information as to what exactly is happening (although I gather pretty much nothing is happening) we might be able to provide further help.
