I think that what is being forgotten here is that NPGMC staffers were not obligated to keep responding to Aannastesia's emails. The NPGMC staffer should have sent a one-time professionally worded email explaining that no refund would be given in this matter. After providing the one-time response, they should have deleted any additional emails regarding this situation.

The bottom line is that the HOB show was a last-minute disorganized situation where some folks took advantage of the confusion, and others ended up having to pay for the confusion.

This isn't the first time someone has lost money on Prince related activities, and it won't be the last.

Aannastesia don't feel bad, I remember when I was banned from calling 1-800-new-funk. And the bad thing about it they knew my real name and everything and addressed me by it.

When someone (NPGMC) does not even suscribe to the rules of proper English in outgoing communication, how do you expect them to suscribe to the rules of proper commerce?
