Banned from musictoday store

I have been banned from accessing the store by music today. Do you wanna know why coz i refused to send them a copy of my credit card details by fax.

Anyone else had this problem?

U dont get a ban for not sending ur details, all that happens is if u dont send them the copy of ur details to musictoday by fax then u dont get ur goods..

Yes, i ordered the purple box. I live in the UK and they said that it's normal procedure in the US to send such personal details confused . They even asked for somehting with a photo on eek . Well i thought it too risky so i suggested sending a money order which they said they'd accept. Before i could ask for postal addresses they said they'd give me the benefit of the doubt and post it wink .

It makes me wonder who really is running the show over there. When notice went out that Paisley Park would reopen under JW management we should have expected some changes. From what I've heard there's many who are banned from there.

I dont understand why u mentioned about being a JW's and what it has to do with this subject confuse

lateagain was talking about the musictoday store this is the website that sells the products for PaisleyPark, many music artist use this online store. lateagain is not banned from the club, they posted what happend at the club as well. One of the PP wrote they would look into it and the reason why musictoday ask for the faxed info is because of fraud from outside america this method is used as a way to prevent fraud. People from outside the USA dont understand this method as our banks tells us that if we do send our card details through this method then the banks wont refund our monies as this is one of the methods used for fraud.

I was in the same position as lateagain, i want to purchase goods but if i do i have 2 send a fax, i'm not going to do this because my bank says no to me sending a fax. So no goods 4 me sad I wish musictoday would use the 4 digit code method, maybe they will one day....

Sounds weird. I have ordered from them a few times without any complications. Is it because the item was of high value?
RIP sad

You can't be serious? rolleyes . So what? They are basically saying if you don't send them your info for this certain item you remain banned?
This makes no sense rolleyes

Why not just NOT send you the items? Why make it a banned statues even? I tell you, and this place is suppose to be run by so called God lovers?

I'm trying to understand what's going on here, tell me if I've got this right: People who live outside the U.S. are trying to order things from NPGMC retail (actually MusicToday) using a credit card. But for some reason, MusicToday won't fill the order and send the items unless the customer faxes some sort of information to them? This doesn't involve me, I've never had any problem ordering from them, I'm just curious that's all. cool

Sorry its been some time.

Well for the record I was banned. According to Music today. The security on credit cards in other countries is not as good as it is in the USofA. They wanted to check that i was physically in possession of the credit card.

After much deliberation with the official fan site who had to get involved because musictoday never ever replied directly to my emails. I was allowed back into the store.

I shall not bore you with the detail but the reasons were poor. It was not the first time I had purchased goods from the store, nor was it a different delivery address.

But anyway I have since purchased goods, and am awaiting delivery.
