Crystal Ball artwork

npgmusicclub used to have a load of artwork you could download for the 5CD Crystal Ball Set but it is no longer where it used to be. Have they moved it somewhere or is it no longer available?

The club never had the artwork posted -- the artwork for this set was online waaaaay back in the day before there was even a music club. And before websites look appealling, I might add.

It's here:

Thanks Doozer!

I remembered seeing this site years ago and searched my computer in case I could find the link and came up with this:

According to my search this was an active page on the 19th September 2002! It's not there now but I assumed it was what I was looking for. If it wasn't the artwork I wonder what it was?

Anyway, I was hoping for artwork for "The Truth" and "Kamasutra" too - any idea how to find that?

Thanks,

Malc

Thank you for posting the link. I hadn't seen any Crystal Ball liner notes since 1998. Very nice to see them again.

To my knowledge, there has never been downloadable artwork for Kamasutra or The Truth. I have a cassette of Kamasutra and it has artwork (very sparce and fairly quickly done, I would guess), and the only artwork I've ever seen for The Truth was on the single for "The Truth" (b/w "Don't Play Me") -- it was an illustration on a black background and was available through 1-800-NEW-FUNK back in the day.

Actually, if I remember correctly there was a page with that cover of The Truth that you're talking about and underneath I think it said KAMASUTRA in some font and maybe had the tracklisting for that.

It wasn't much, but it was out there somewhere. Sorry I can't be more specific than that. wink

I have the CB stuff saved on my harddrive somewhere if you still need it. I think it was a file of the website.

I also have a boot of the Truth I'd be happy to scan the cover of it ya want.

Is the CB stuff you have the same as the link Doozer posted?

If you scan the Truth artwork I'd love a copy! (I'll send you my email address)

Thanks for those images - it's a shame they aren't in higher resolution though. Enlarge them to the size of a CD case and they look pretty ugly!

I'm amazed NPG never made any artwork for these 2 discs!

Now all I need is a hi-rez scan of the Kamasutra artwork (from the cassete if there is nothing else) including the tracklisting and I can make full artwork for that too.....

Speaking of artwork...

Maybe I'm been a bit stupid or haven't explored the club website properly - I've bought all the music off the website but was wondering if it's possible to download the artwork for stuff like c-note, chocolate invasion, etc?

Any ideas brethren?
