If you mean you need an email that will reply to you because you have an urgent problem....the forget it, they don't want to deal with that side of things anymore.
If however you want to say how great Prince and NPGMC are then they will gladly take your comments | |

Ignore the haters. If you have a problem with the club in any way - go to the Member Help forum and ask. They are fast and kind. At the very least they can instruct you on who to contact other than themselves IF that is necessary. | |

I dont think that was a Hater comment - the simple fact is that you cant get a straight answer to your problem...they are fast and kind if its something they WANT to sort out but you still have to sift through all teh other posts to find your answer.
Whats wrong with the old one-on-one approach...surely they dont have so many complaints that they cant handle the replies...can they????  | |

Whenever I've had a problem or a concern, I simply pm'd one of the PPs that was online at the time and I've ALWAYS received a timely and informative straight response. Guess that means I'm special and you're not! 
Seriously though, you can have your issues addressed on the one to one if that is really what you want.  | |
