If Prince and Larry Graham were right John Blackwell wouldn't need to be sad because according to JW's beliefs we will very soon be in the company of our lost ones as they will resurrect...

I just read about this on another site. It's such terrible news.. sad It's the worst thing that could happen to any parent.. i'm so sorry for John and his wife. Why do these things have to happen? John is a lovely person I have met him twice and he is so friendly and generous. I hope he and Joanne find the strength to cope during these dark hours.

This is tragic news of the highest order.

It will take forever to get over this. I can't imagine John being in any state to continue with the tour anytime soon, and he is such a crucial part of the band - I wonder if the tour will be cancelled?

I just had to say something.
This is horrible because I just spent the weekend with my girlfriend and her kids and they are wonderful and I don't know how we would get along without them.
This is tragic and I sure hope that God can somehow at least make their lives livable again.
I was so sorry to read this and my heart truly goes out to him and his wife.

Everyone keep them in your prayers and I'm right along with you.

Blue: I, too, was devastated to read about the family that died coming from Cedar Pointe. We don't always know God's purpose, but I know John and his family are going through a tough time right now. They are definitely in my prayers pray

My step-sister lost her 2 year old in a drowning a couple of years ago. I was at a loss for words of comfort then, just as I am now.

I guess the only words I can offer are this: Though her life was short, it was beautiful. This precious child will never have known pain - only comfort. She will never know fear - only security. She will never know sadness - only joy. She will never know hatred. Only Love.

God bless the Blackwell family. And John, your angel will always be with you.

That is well said....In a world that is too often cold and cruel you would be right about that.Someone as precious and innocent as this little one took that with her.Her Love, beauty and purest life.
I'm so sorry that this has happened and I pray God give them strenghth to get thru this tragedy.

OMG. My deepest sympathy goes out to John Blackwell and his family. She's with GOD now and all we can do is pray that he and his wife can make it through this stronger. We won't always know the answers or know/accept the reasons but all we have is faith and love and I have both for him and his family. GOD Bless you, you will be alright in the end. sad
