I WENT Last Night, and Cleveland (4/17) as well. I will also go 6/30!!

My voice and throat was screwed up for about 4 days after the cleveland show. It is screwed up now, and hopefully I will recover by Wednesdays show!!

These past months keeping up with all the dates scheduled on Musicology Tour, I found myself wondering "How does He do IT?" All this touring and Chicago,5 SHOWS!!! I was hoping he would be able to maintain his voice and body throughout. I guess it caught up with him.

Yes, this is ALL 100% true.... BUT have the kindness to let your fans know right away..... NOT 20 minutes before your show is SUPPOSE to start!!!!!
I hope he is feeling better soon, and I hope if it IS his throat he can recover faster.....

I commented on this before... when he is doing SO many shows and so close together I think he would be wise to forgo so many aftershows!!!!!
Some of those do not start until 1 or so in the morning and then go on until 3 or so... He should rest his voice when he has the time and chance.....

Sorry Prince is ill. The guy does not sleep much. I saw him here in Minneapolis and he rocked, but I do worry about Prince's well-being with this tour schedule that is so demanding. I am keeping Prince in my thoughts and hoping he gets better soon.

You're right, Prince IS human just like all of us, he gets tired and worn out too from so much touring and singing (personally, I don't know how the heck he does it!). But he definitely IS worth waiting for, and I know he will make up for the missed concert date on August 3rd.

well, i think prince needs to rest as much as he can so the vocal cords heal completely. this kinda thing can sideline a person for a long time if not treated properly.

so people were angry with him last night for cancelling at the last minute huh? i s'pose i can sort of understand why they might be - the feeling of letdown would be powerful- but, i bet he waited until the last moment to announce the postponement because he was planning to play anyway and someone stopped him for his own good.

hopefully his people are taking real good care of him now.

hey, i know~! let's take up a collection and rent him a boxfull of cool movies to watch while he's recuperating. we'll send them up along with some lovely tea and honey

Seriously, I would rather see him get 100% and come back later to tear the damn thing up. IF that means cancelling another show and rebooking it for later, then so be it. I also noticed that they have two weeks or more of vacation in a few. I hope he spends it not talking and getting some sleep. Feel better Prince.
