Does anyone have any insight into whether or not Prince would play an aftershow following one of the Rosemont dates?

most i know is that there are no gigs at the metro which leaves almost any night available for an aftershow. let's hope!

I've called a few of Prince's usual afterparty spots in Chicago (House of Blues, Metro, Hard Rock Cafe) and none of them knew anything about an afterparty.

Then I called Excalibur. The woman I spoke to said that he would be there tonight, but not to play. BUT, that he would be playing on Monday night.

Can anyone else confirm this?

There wasn't any announcement of an aftershow tonight.

And if the Excalibur thing is true, that's cool, but I'm happily sitting that one out tonight...that club isn't really my thing (unless he's gonna for sure be playin', then I don't care where I'm going...).

My guess is no aftershows for Chi this time because of the sore throat...

called Excalibur - word is there's an aftershow for Tues night (not Monday as previously reported) but the guy said something about it being "invitation only". Maybe to the NPGMC faithful? Not sure. If anyone has any info PLEASE POST.
