Does anyone know if you can bring cameras to the concert? Last tour there was writing on the ticket that said they weren't allowed - I don't see anyting this time. I'm going to the cleveland concert and am in the FRONT ROW! Thougth I could get some great pictures if cameras are allowed.

i don't think you can. about ten years ago, i tried to get a camara in and they took it away from me at the door. (they frisked at the door). nothing was printed on the tix. i think it is assumed that camaras and recorders are not allowed at shows. i know prince does not like camaras at his shows.

use a disposable if you are going to try.

Nope - at the Saginaw concert, there was a very clear sign stating no recording equipment at all, including cameras...

what about at the sound check? Do they let cameras in then?

being the soundcheck is even more exclusive than the show, i'd say no cams there, either. i can't think of a show i went to where cameras were allowed...

seriously. camaras will be confiscated. in fact, at the afterparty tonight there was some issue going on. someone took a picture with a digital camara at the night club.. apparantly one of prince's people was making sure that the picture was erased.

we were frisked at the door and there was a sign on the door about no camaras, recorders, or smoking.

Prince is very Strict bout Pix!!

At the first celebration we got a little over zealous in our pic taking and security wanted to take the camera and we are like fuck that (it was a very expensive digital) so then einstein wanted the film (uh, we just said it was digital) so he made us delete all the pix.

We went straight over to mall of the americas to find a shop that might clue us in as to how to recover the pix.
We were told, "sorry, no way". So we went clothes shopping instead!!!
