Columbus PreSale (help!)

Anyone having any luck with Columbus pre-sale? I kept getting kicked off until 10:10am. Then the best I could get was balcony. What is up with that?

Club members in every city will have the same thing happen. That's the way that Ticketmaster works.

There are people in some cities who got their tickets just a few seconds or minutes after 10 a.m. and ended up with row 15, 16, or the balcony. And then you have others who tried at 3 p.m. got row 4.

Ticketmaster has pre determined seat locations. When you placed your order for "Best seats available" it would locate you in the balcony as ticketmaster believes these are the best seats. Pull down the selection bar and request the tickets you want rather than letting tickemaster decide the best seats in the house.

I couldn't even get to that point. I kept getting a message that too many users were trying to access the system. I gave up and I think I will demand my money back from the NPGMC. I was sitting on great seats for Cincinnati and now I can't get anything decent for Columbus.

And how is it their fault you gave up? I tried it just to see what would happen and I got 2nd row. I don't have a special super computer or backdoor access to ticketmaster. You need to stop blaming other people and take a little responsibility. Get over it!

Xenophobia is right. It's not the NPGMC's fault that you gave up on trying to get a ticket. If you read the many messages in this forum, a lot of club members had a hard time getting good tickets.

You already said that you had good tickets for Cincinnati, so you know that the system does work sometimes.

Nobody can do anything about the way that Ticketmaster is determining "Best Available." It's the luck of the draw.

I had the same problem. I was not able to get my ticket's until 10:10 and I ended up in the balcony. It really pisses me off because my brother did not get his ticket's until Sunday around 2:00 pm and got the same F-in row. I think that is really swell.

Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it means you've decided to look beyond the imperfections... unknown
