WHAT TIME CAN I PICK-UP MY RESALE TIX?

I was wondering from those who's been to the Los Angeles concerts. Whats the earliest time I can pick-up my resale tix. I work down the street from the Staple Center by live 20 miles. Can I pick them up around noon or what. Thank guys
