Chicago Seating Just got my tix in the mail!
Two questions for all going to the Sat. nite show. 1) Did anyone get tickets to the orchestra pit? I got third row (CC) but was wondering if they sold any tix in the orchestra pit as well. 2) Anyone care to make any "guesses" on where an aftershow party/performance might take place? I haven't heard of anything from the NPGMC, but since he's playing again on Sunday in Chicago, obviously he'll be sticking around, thus enhancing the chance to play, correct? Peace. If it breaks when it bends, you better not put it in.

I clicked on my computer for tickets as soon as I possibly could and I got RowA.on the main floor section 4 does anyone know how many rows back this is.? Did you know ticket brokers picked up a lot of these tickets? NPg said the place of the afterparty would probably not be announced until the day of the show, but maybe it will be somewhere where he had one before in Chicago.

Usually, the Chicago aftershow is a set at the Caberet Metro on Clark St., across the street from Wrigley Field (Where the Chicago Cubs play) He usually takes the stage around 1:30-2:00am, if he plays a afterset, which he usually does in Chicago, at least on the Hit and Run tour and in 93', when he played a set that started at 2am and ended just after 4am.

Lovebird,
Did you get those seats at the presale, or at the public sale? ROW AA is the front row, but I'm not sure if it goes all the way to ZZ before hitting Row A, or if it skips some letters. Anyway....my girlfriend and I are staying at the Palmer House Hotel, near the theater I believe. Should be a killer weekend.....sadly, I wasn't up for shelling out ANOTHER $250 to stay for the show on Sunday, but if it's as good as I anticpate, I'll be making the trip to Vegas in May. lovebird said: I clicked on my computer for tickets as soon as I possibly could and I got RowA.on the main floor section 4 does anyone know how many rows back this is.? he has played aftershows all over. twice at the cabaret metro at racine and clark.
the seating at chicago theater starts with row aa-zz then a-u. row aa would be row 27. which is not too bad at the chicago theater (every seat is a good one). i had orchestra pit seats, but ticketmaster booted me off. i ended up with row ee.
