I am from Düsseldorf and went to visit my mother in USA ...I saw Prince on May 1, 2004 in Biloxi,Mississippi it was ELECTRIC .....Hearing some old songs i have never heard before LIVE was amazing ...so get ready NRW for a BIG PARTY headed right down your alley!  Bounce party y'all

Okay, I will translate the most important things for you (sorry for the mistakes): Prince is breaking his silence It was a little sensation: Prince gave his first interview on German TV on May 4 after his concert in Atlanta, USA. Prince is called Prince again and his music sounds like in ealier times: cool, sexy, funky. The new album is a tribute to the great "old" soul - musicans. He wants to play again real music that is performed by real musicans during his musicology - tour. He sais that nowadays, too much music is only "computer - music", many concerts are not longer performed live and they are being recorded before. He wants to return to the things that really count. Prince also wants to keep distance to the bad image of his branch. He sais that nowadays the topic of R ´n´ B music is promiscuity and alcohol and the people are humiliating themselves. In his meaning, healthy modesty (?) is important and he believes that many people think like that. He hopes he will come back to Germany soon. He likes being there because people are differential and they like to have parties - just like Prince himself. About the U.S.: America is a great country. We also have problems - like everybody else. If he´s abroad - he notices that people visit the concerts because of the music, they want to get rid of any kind of nationalism. That´s the great thing about music: it tears down any borders and people are united in a moment. Even if Prince doesn´t like to talk about a comeback: he is back - better than ever! | |
