Can you believe a fifth show has been added for Chicago! Where were the club presale's? Did it happen to fast?

Huh? A fourth Tuesday show just went on sale today on TicketMaster - the presale at NPGMC was on Friday.

Money. Money. Money.

I have tickets for the first four shows. Now, five? I just paid rent. Who can I get to get me a ticket? I have a feeling the club presale will be either today or tomorrow.

This is the absolute first I've heard about a fifth show. What night is it? Sunday? I haven't seen any info about this at the NPGMC site.

Dude!!!! It's on Ticketmaster. And Ticketmaster wouldn't put a show on sale without permission. I just went in to get one ticket and it had me in section 104. Of course, I didn't buy it because I'm waiting for the member presale.

oh: and for those not in the know yet, it's for a WEDNESDAY night show.

sigh, i work nights and i've already taken off that friday, monday and tuesday for the shows...they're gonna kill me at my job!

I just checked the Ticketmaster website and, unless this is a typo of enormous proportions, 4Sho-4Sho, there it is... Wednesday night at the Allstate Arena!

Okay now, don't get me wrong.... I definitely ain't mad at The Brotha for camping out in my hometown for 5 nights... heck, I'm even hoping to have lunch with him or, more realistically, JB while they're here. But 5 NIGHTS IN CHICAGO? My Goodness!! That is truly an UNPRECEDENTED move by P!

It makes since that he'd chose Wednesday night.... he's taking Sunday night off so he can come to our monthly party at The Berlin!!

Has any one heard any more about him going to "The Mark" in the Quad Cities?? It was rumored but still have not heard anything for sure yet.
Hopefully if he does he will only do 1 or 2 shows..

I was shocked, too.

I can't afford to go to every show like some of you, but I HAD to buy tickets to #4...then I heard about a #5!!!

I'm trying to think of the last time that ANY major musical performer played a 5-night stand in Chicago. I don't remember Springsteen or the Stones doing anything like this! It's truly unprecedented by ANYONE's standards! Unbelievable!

I think my wallet is going to keep me away from #5...you guys are crazy.

I had a dream last night that Prince said that the fifth show was only for people who were going to at least three of the other four shows and if you showed at least 3 stubs from 3 different nights, you could get in...and then the 5th show was devoted to an entirely different set of songs that we chose by pushing buttons at our seats.

Clearly I was dillusional and it was an elaborate dream...

...but a good one!

I was only planning on going to 1 show in Chicago, but the temptation is too great. I just bought tix for the 5th show.....

I got my tix...I'm going to three out of the five shows. I'm not bent outta shape about missing the Monday show (I have a feeling I'm gonna need a day to recover after that month's Berlin party, anyway) but I'm still kinda jonesin' for a tikkie to the Saturday show...brokers, here I come...

what a ridiculous week that is going to be! prince concerts on friday, saturday, monday, tuesday, and wednesday. berlin's prince nite on sunday. call the medics, i'm about ta OD!!!
