Sound Check Entrance

In the event that members are invited to a pre-concert soundcheck, can your non-member, ticketed guest come with you? How was it done for the previous tour? question

good question! Yes it is possible. In Minneapolis for the celebration tour and Detroit as well, my brother and I were allowed to view the soundcheck (and trust me, it is definitely worthwhile!) and only I had an NPGMC membership. Furthermore, at the celebration, he was given all of the perks that I had as a guest of mine.

No. Everybody has to pay, even members. If it's an afterparty, the charge is $20. If it's an aftershow, the charge is about $40.

They usually have a guest list for sound checks and they'll let you and a guest in as long as you're a member. Afterparties are a little different. I was able to get in free to San Diego with my guest who wasn't a member, but we both had to pay in San Fransisco because he was performing. So, as usual with him, I guess it all depends on the situation!

Hope that helps a little! LOL

I e-mailed the NPg about this and they told me they would have everyone on a list. But I don't know if they meant just the members in the city where the show is taking place or every member. They also said they were going to mark the presale tickets. But as you know, everything doesn't always go as planned. Does anyone have a ticket to the Chicago show on March 3rd that they would like to sell to me? I click on the internet before 10 o'clock and the tickets were already gone.
