I will be going to the show in Biloxi tomorrow nite! Can't wait! This will be the first one I've had the chance to go to. Question to anyone who's seen the show.....how long does it run, roughly?
Thanks for any input!

I think last night in Birmingham lasted about 2 hours and 10 minutes from the start of the show until the end.

I can't wait. This is my 8th concert--counting the 7 nights of "The Celebration" in Minnesota in 2002 as one. I hope we NPG members are on the front row. biggrin My daughter is going--she's 15. She was born to the music of Prince (and probably conceived to it too! cool She went to the "One Night Alone" concert, and sang all the tunes just like those of us who had been following since the beginning. I hope the weather holds off and we can get in the coliseum dry. eek

"kicked ass????" That is the understatement of the year! This being my first ever live Prince experience, I had no idea what to expect. I was in no way prepared for what I experienced. That had to be the most unbelievable show I have ever seen in my life! It's 4:00 pm Sunday afternoon and I am still speechless! ( and that's not just because I lost my voice! wink ) Like I told a friend who "doesn't do concerts" but still loves Prince...when Prince tells you to scream his name, is there anything else you can do but oblige him? I have to be in New Orleans for the Essence festival in July!!!!

Kicked ass. That means it was good : ) about the best of the 10 or so Prince shows i have seen. The show in new Orleans a couple years ago "Might" have been better simply because we had the soundcheck as well, but they are neck and neck

LOL. I'm surprised you had to explain that, hayloho. wink
Deepest sympathies go out to The Blackwell Family. We are sorry for your loss. May you find the strenght to endure. We love you.
