Cameras, etc. at concerts? I was at the Reno concert, and a number of people there had cameras and were snapping away throughout the concert. I was surprised 'cuz I thought P was very uptight about cameras or any kind of recording device...I didn't notice much going on in the way of bag checks, at least at the door I came in (I didn't bring one in myself). How has it been at other concerts since then? I wish I had known ahead of time, I had a good floor seat, coulda got some great shots. Better yet, I coulda brought a tape recorder or handycam. I e-mailed the RBC center in Raleigh about bringing a camera. They said no cameras or video of any kind. It now says that on their website as well.

http://rbccenter.com/even...ent_id=128 I recall seeing similar signs (ie, "no cameras or recording devices") at Reno, prob. while I was in line at will call, but as I noted, things didn't quite happen that way... Who knows, it all may depend on who's working the door you walk in. "I would say that Prince's top thirty percent is great. They were probably just happy to have people show up from what I've read on previous threads about attendance at the Iowa show.... The road you choose to walk in this life, is a road that leads to the next.....

The Columbia show had NO security at all , whereas the Raleigh show had folks w/metal detectors scanning each person that walked in as well as folks outside with bullhorns telling us to take any cameras, cellphones, etc. back to our cars.
