How soon can I go to will-call and get my tickets? The morning of the concert? Or an hour before the concert?

Depends upon the venue I would think. I know last night the Will Call windows opened about 2 hours before the concert.

My experience has been two hours before showtime also.

The good news is the seats are assigned so it doesn't matter WHEN you get there. I went to a show in Ames and had to drive after work, etc. We got there, got our tickets, and sat down about 10 minutes before the lights went down. It was AWESOME. Great seats, too.

Why do down 2 hours before and sit on those crappy arena chairs if you don't have to? I mean if you're meeting friends and such then cool. But for myself, at a show out of town I'd rather just roll up and get in right as the lights go down. No waiting!!

I agree - we got to Staples on 3/29 about a half hour before showtime (the time printed on the tickets that is) and walked right up to Will Call no problem. No need to get there super early....

Check with the arena and find out the hours of operation. In Columbus and Cleveland I went and picked up my tickets as soon as I got into town and checked into my hotel. Lucky for me the hotel was right down the street, so I picked up tickets early and took my sweet time getting ready for the concert. Did not have to wait in any lines once I got there.
