I am interested with this matter as I am looking forward the pre-sale ticket for the French tour.

Do you know how it works through the NPGMC website? Dates are not available yet but maybe you know more about the french dates?

So far there are no solid dates for any shows in Europe. When dates are schedule the pre-sale will probably be handled through the NPGMC as it was for the ONA tour. When the dates are confirmed, the times and date for the presale will be posted in the NPGMC tour/ticket information "room", so that's the best place to keep watching for info. You might also get an email from the NPGMC. When it's time for the presale, you will need to have a valid credit card and there is a two ticket limit per member.

where in Europe will he play?? I haven't seen anything about the european shows yet
