Directions to Penn State from D.C. How long will it take to get to Penn State from the D.C. area? Also, if anyone has directions, that would be great. I know I can go on Mapquest, but I figure that people familiar with the area will have better directions.

either 81 or 83 ..... 81 is probably your best bet - unless u are more familiar with 83N from baltimore ...
to harrisburg .... once there ... switch over to 322 - there will be signes to Lewisburg i believe ... or 322 West .... at times it is 322/22 to make it even more confusing ... goes all the way there i believe .... i am from near harrisburg ... and its about 1-1/2 hrs from there ... depending on traffic and the lead in your foot ... | |

You should have no trouble finding the Jordan center. Keep an eye out for the Penn State University exit...take that exit (not sure of the number), it will merge onto Park Avenue, once on Park Avenue, keep going straight until you reach the traffic light at University Drive. Make a Left at that light and follow thru til you see the Jordan Center, you can't miss it. It'll be on your left. | |

http://statecollege.com There you will find information having to do with the Jordan Center, The Allen Street Grille (where we are meeting Sunday at 3pm) and Zeno's (where we are beginning after the show). I do believe that you can also find maps of town, directions to both bars and the venue from your hotel. How's that?  | |

plan on a 3-3/1/2hours Take 270n which turns into 15n take 15n to Harrisberg then take 322w that will drop you right into state college. | |
