No Toronto Pre-Sale???????????

I was just at the NPG site and read that a member was told that there is no Toronto pre-sale.
Tickets apparently go on sale this coming Monday.
Furthermore, the Toronto show scheduled for July 27 at the Air Canada Centre hasn't even been 'offically announced at the NPG site.

Has anyone heard anything in regards to this?
