Yeah, I also noticed they never showed her below the waist afterwards. My buddy shouted out "PLUTO NASH" when Eddie Murphy came out, which was hilarious. ~ I'D BUY THAT FOR A DOLLAR ~

Didn't notice her toe & I'm glad
I liked when he walked up behind the girl that seemed to be in her own world & he had that zombie look in his eye, imitating her dancing - that was FUNNY!

HA HA HA...I absolutely leaned over to my girlfriend last night and said, "Candy's got a serious camel toe goin' on.0" I thought the crowd watching during the countdown to the start of the simulcast was a scream. Kind of vouyeristic...On a more serious note, does anyone else view Candy as kind of a low rent Cat?! Candy's a PRETTY GOOD sax player (she's no Eric Leeds), but she's no foil for Prince. Just my opinon... Occupy Alphabet Street!

I listen to a lot of sax music and I have to admit that I find her own stuff to be pretty boring, by the numbers, lite jazz. On the other hand she can play, and since P is such a control freak, he'll make sure she adds nice fills to his music. Perhaps it's better that P seems to have moved past the need to surround himself with his heroes (e.g., Maceo), tho' seeing Eric Leeds would be cool. On another note, does she have any sex appeal? (That is beyond being female.) *****************************************

i like when the chick tripped, he said: "looks like someone's had too many trips to the bar." And I loved the part about the 'bad breath' in On The Couch. "Pedro offers you his protection."

But the cool thing was, a little later on P was dancing back to back with her. He treats his fans in much the same way he does his friends: with a combination of good natured ribbing and affection. As for Candy's camel toe, I caught it as well. Actually, I think pretty much everyone couldn't miss it! Anybody here go to another show besides the Staples Center??? I'm asking cuz I'm wondering about his singing "When Doves Cry".. I was really looking forward to hearing him sing my all-time favorite, but it seemed like he messed up the lyrics, singing the same lines twice. He even walked over to Renato's keyboards where he had his lyric books opened up.
Anyone else notice this? "No, I'm not that mysterious. I'm a pretty open book. People who know my music, I would say know me." - Prince, Today Show 3/15/04

Anyone else notice this? What I noticed was tht he spread the lyrics out instead of singing them like he did on the album, he also didn't do the whole version!

How could you miss the camel toe? On that screen, it was like the size of a sleeping bag!
I still say the chin-zit woman was more mortifying than Candy's CT. I mean, that lady was really going at it with her pimple.

Candy must read the Org, because in Dallas her lovely camel toe was covered with a sarong....at least I'll always have the nice close up of that camel toe form the RRHOF perfrormance!!

I went to the L.A. screening and I missed the CT shot too. If the performance ever gets released on video, I'll be looking out for it, but it most likely will be edited out. If anyone can find a shot posted on the web, let us know!

From a google search: a genital affliction that occurs when tight, two-legged garments ride up into the crotch area to create a cleft or cloven effect reminiscent of a camel's toe -- I definitely noticed Candy's camel toe. I agree that she is getting a bit thick and not as attractive as she was in the 80s. Her sax playing has really impressed me during this tour though...she's definitely a very funky white girl, which is rare.

That was the perfect setup for a rude joke, but no one took it. Prince circa 1982 would have jumped all over that one.

stuffed camel Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

I was at the Staples Center show, front row behing Chance's setup with my 10 year old daughter and wanted to know from those of you who saw the show in theaters...
Did the cameras show the blond wearing the short mini-skirt dancing on one of the catwalks who wasn't wearing underwear (or had on a thong, I don't know, didn't stare)??? It was really noticeable at the end of "Take Me with U" (I think that's the last song before the audience went back down to their seats) and the guy with the camera right in front of me seemed to be focusing right on her backside. I turned around to look at the women next to me and they had the same shocked, disgusted, "whatever" look on their face as I did. I'm just grateful that my daughter was more focused on Prince who was leaving the stage to our right... "No, I'm not that mysterious. I'm a pretty open book.
