I know we may be starting to get obnoxious, the people who have been to a Prince concert this week (is it 3 cities?) but you just can't come down off of that high all that easily. Especially if you had front row seats like I did after trying since 1985 to get up front, out of the rafters!!!! So anyone that can't say enough about Prince in concert write to me, I saw Prince Tuesday and can't get it off my mind.
Yes I am bragging and the rest of you should be happy for me. May you get your chance soon. I mean you gotta put some effort into it, it doesn't just happen. I had to join the NPG Club, I had to stay close in touch with the latest concert dates, had to spend the money, take off work,I had to travel to get there in the rain, had to park far away from the arena, stand in line, get squashed up against a metal fence in front because others were trying to push their way up, blah, blah blah. So how much you wanna see Prince then? But I couldn't be happier, so make some effort. If he came to Oklahoma he is going everywhere in the country. Go see Prince, he seems to want to play for us again.

Oh I wanted to so BAD but yes it seems like in OK City they brought the people onstage who had the same bad seats that you had, view blocked by keyboards right? I was on the other side by Rhonda and it was great.

Alright, I'll post another message about the Ames Show.

I saw Prince in 2000 at the U of M. Concert was great. Matt Fink, Bobby Z and Brown Mark returned for part of the act. Was a part of his tour package to Paisley.

Then saw him in 2001 at Xcel Energy Center. Show was pretty good, but I walked away feeling a bit dissatisfied.

Ah, but then, last evening. The show that has left me stunned with enthusiasm. INCREDIBLE. What more can be said? For 20 years, I wished I could have gone to the Purple Rain concert back in the day (was in 5th grade at the time). I don't feel like I missed anything now. And, I'm buying tix to Xcel's last show. Sure, they're nosebleeders, but I've got to see it again.

I had the pleasure of seeing prince in Dallas. I have been a huge fan for 20+ years. It was heaven, a dream come true. He was fantastic. Take any seat you can get and go see the greatest musician of our time.
