Just got my PRINCE TICKETS and i'm so confused! OK I bought Prince tickets off of eBay and I didn't get the actual ticket - Rather I got 2 8x10 printouts from Ticketmaster that has each ticket on it and says "This is your ticket. Presenet this entire page at the event." At the bottom it says "Thanks for choosing Ticketfast!"
I've never heard of this method before! Can someone explain and please put my worries to rest??? Obviously the first thing that comes to mind is "Have I been scammed???" Let the rain come down...17 days....

Hopefully you have not been scammed. Ebay is pretty reputable. When you order tickets on line thru ticketmaster there is an option to have an electronic ticket instead of an actual ticket. It s a little bit cheaper. The worse part about it is when u arrive at the concert the first person showing that actual ticket is considered the legitimate holder. If someone else is there before you with the same printout and it gets scanned first, they get in. When the next person comes up with the same print out, it gets rejected and they will either send you the will call window or may call security. I would suggest either bring a receipt with u proving payment or contact the seller. Out of curiousity, what was the sellers # in parentheses if it is a high number you shouldnt have anything to worry about. Make sure to leave feedback on ebay. Hope this helps a little bit

that is ticketmasters ticketfast method, where your tickets are printed out when you buy them.
that is pretty reliable. the only that would suck is if the person photocopied that page and sent them out or something.

here's my suggestion: go back to ebay and check out this person's feedback. if they have positive feedback (and hopefully lots of it) then you probably have absolutely nothing to worry about. if they have no feedback or a lot of negative/unreliable then you may worry. ticketfast has become fairly popular so i wouldn't get too concerned too quickly. if it does turn out for the worse there are methods and options you can take with ebay's help.

Bought my ticket from Ticketmaster and had them sent to me via email. I printed it out and it does say ticketfast at the end of the page. This is probably the same kind of page you have. I would say its a ligetimate ticket. I was worried when I read your post and immediately checked my ticket. Nobody better be sitting in my seat when I get there or there's going to be hell to
pay! | |
