My daughter. who will soon be 7 years old, can't wait to see Prince perform in NYC. She has been waiting for this for 2 1/2 years. I didnt take her when he performed at Lincoln Center and the tears that fell that night where heart stopping. I promised the next time he came i would, well she's counting the days.
She is currently taking piano lessons,(she wants to learn) and she asked for a red electric guitar 2 years ago(she realizes that it will take time learning that one)
She knows two songs lyrics, "the most beautiful girl" and "man o war" she keeps asking if they will play any of these two songs.

I really wish he'd do "Man'O'War", but I'm guessing it's a long shot. It's more likely that he'd do "Beautiful Girl", though it hasn't been in the mix thus far...

That's great. I'm tkaing my daughter to the San Antonio show June 9th. She turns 8 on June 8th, and told me the other night that she wishes her birthday had been one day earlier. LOL.

Anyway, I'd suggest you send an email or letter to Paisley Park and explain the situation, making sure you tell then which show you're bringing yourdaughter to.

It's probably a million-to-one shot that your note will get through, but it can't hurt to ask. Just make sure you don't give your daughter any false hope. It would probably be a good idea not to tell her what you've done, and if he plays one of those songs, you can tell her it was because of you!
