Musicolgy screening - Ft Worth, TX

I have just got back from the satellite showing of the concert and it was a blast. I would say that the theather was about 80-85 percent full. There was crowd participation, and there were plenty of copies of the CD. Because of the hour it is, I will play it tomorrow, but I'm on cloud nine right now. I wish I could go to the Dallas show, but it's on the 2nd of April and I can't get off work. I am sure that one of these concerts will be on DVD real soon.
I will comment, that towards the end of the show, he invited people to come on stage and dance. Let's just say that many of the women were not cover girls. I am wondering if he's doing that so that he would not be tempted? Just a thought. It was a very good tour, and it can only get better by the time it reaches your city and town. Prince seemed to geninue be in a good playful mood, and the guy on the sax, it wasn't Maceo, but he could blow.

I was thinking the same thing. There is no way that it was just a coincidence that all the women called on the stage were plus-sized. He did not want to be tempted by gorgeous, thin women, so he had his people pull out the chubby chicks... lol

The concert was awesome. Prince is truly a talented man.

Man what a wonderful night. I almost didn't go because Ft. Worth is a drive, but glad I didn't miss it.

It was sooooo hard not to get up and dance through the whole thing. However I did dance through the whole thing in my seat. I can't wait until Friday.

The guy on sax is Mike Phillips who is a jazz artist who records for Hidden Beach Records which is Jazzy Jeff's label. Mike has 1 cd so far!

Can't remember where it comes from but there's one live performance where Prince asks Larry to bring up on to the stage people who "look like they could use some exercise".
I guess it just makes Prince laugh!
