After half an hour of error messages telling us that our credit cards did not work, NPGMC has to move it to 1pm - or is it 1:30PM? They just said an hour but they said that at 12:30PM so is it an hour from the original 12PM start time of an hour from the time of the messege?

Even I am starting to lose my patience with NPGMC. Why cant they get it right? Other big stars have websites that dont stress out their fans for purchasing tickets. Someone from NPGMC should go get a damn lesson from Bowie's site.

The problem with the presales is a Verisign problem, it has nothing to do with NPGMC. An email from Verisign was posted. Hopefully all will go as planned at 7:00.
