I havent heard of this until today's pre sale. If NPGMC cant tell what your seat number is, how can they tell if youre floor seats or side seats? And what are side seats at a concert in the round? In an arena, that sounds like a long way from the stage for NPGMC members. I dont like it.

I was wondering this too. I got 4 "side" tickets, and hope they're good.

I think that they have to have some way of differentiating NPGMC from public seating, that's all. I think with In-The-Round concerts, don't they play facing toward the thinner side of the stadium? If so, then the "side" seats would be "front". Not sure about that though . . .

Before you ask, my sister has an NPGMC membership too, that's how we got 4 tickets. They're probably not together.

Sure, but the vast majority of them are going to stink. The arena is oval shaped whih means most of the side sets are much further from the stage. Consdier that with the odd angles that many will have and you will end up looking at the back of Blackwell's drums or the side of Renato's piano or a stack of equipment and not much Prince.

Bookmark my emails to refer back when the shows start and some NPGMC members start to make an issue of these side seats when they expect much better

After reading several pages on NPGMC I'm still confused by the term "SIDE SEATS" from what I gather, it's one level up, which is great, but this stupid term "side seats"
...does it mean your seats are on curved sides of the arena? If so as it was said above these seats are further from the stage then level one center tickets that you could have gotten from ticketmaster.

...have not been to a concert...what and where are LOGE LEVEL SEATING, and are they good seats?
