NPG Check UR Account Status I just checked my account status on the NPGMC and in order history it didn't show any tickets, even though I purchased tickets to the Bakersfield show and this was previously displayed in the account status. As anyone else noticed this and if so should we be worried? Please let me know. Thanks

It took a couple of minutes for my ticket purchase to Milwaukee to show up in my account. Keep checking. After you put in your information and after pressing enter (or continue can't remember exactly), did a screen come up with all of the information you typed in. If so, you should be ok. Otherwise, try to purchase them again. The ticket limit is only 2 so if it went through, it probably wouldn't let you purchase any more. To view you past purchases go to the "Backstage Pass" room. Click the dresser then select the"Frequently asked Questions" button. Next, scroll down to question 5 and U select The "UR Account" link. There are definitely two different UR Account screens. The one from the menu that says "Member Concert Tix" "Check Ur Account" and "F.A.Q." doesn't show up the tickets right away. This first one is the one labeled NPG Retail. If you go into Member Concert Tix (or like the above poster said, #5 of the FAQ), there is a second record of your account, it's recorded there.
I am kind of freaked out because I was somehow able to buy the SJ tickets early. I was trying to see if my browser was up to it and wanted to put in my info. So, I hit "continue" for another show even though SJ was not on sale yet. When I did, all the shows were available with the little pull downs for how many tickets (0, 1, or 2) including San Jose. So I put two in and it processed the order even though it was 9:15 pacific time. I sure hope that the order went through, I'll e-mail them about it. My card definitely was charged. But, anyway, my purchase showed up on the second Ur Account screen described above but not the first, so I think that's normal. Every now and then

I also checked to see if my SJ purchase was in the "UR Account" section. Hadn't made it there yet but I got my email confirmation for my tix so I'm not worried...

Had the same problem. The CHECK UR ACCOUNT button that shows up when you click on the drawer in the backstage pass room is for your order history from NPG RETAIL. For ticket purchase history, you have to go into MEMBER CONCERT TICKETS and scroll to the bottom and click on the link that says UR ACCOUNT.

i have the same problem. no matter where i check the ur account deal, none of my ticket purchases show up. i'v printed out my email confimations so that i'm sure that i have a hard copy of my purchase, but it is frustrating seeing how messed up the whole deal is. | |

I had this same problem last week when I purchased tix for Philly. Actually, that purchase showed up, but the State College purchase had disappeared. I asked a mod on the club site and they said that there is nothing to worry about. They are apparently changing things around and everything will return to the way it should be soon. Good thing, because for a while there I though I was going to have a heart attack over my State College tix. | |

Just checked my account for my Raleigh, NC tix and nothing was there but there was a message that said something like - Don't worry, your account is being copied to a new server, check back soon. ~And even when I'm right, I'll be wrong...it's Automatic too. | |
