they will confiscate your camera/phone (can transmit sound)/recording devices.

They have no right to "confiscate" anything belonging to a patron. They may refuse to let a patron in with something, and the patron may voluntarily surrender it to gain admission, but they may not unilaterally take something.

You might be pissed.....you betta ask somebody before P's housemaid gets a new cell phone!!!! LOL.....you will be in the parking lot AND without a phone to call someone. DONT DO IT!!!!

At the Dallas show last night, security was very tight. Metal detectors, wand searches and plenty of NPG security on the prowl looking hard for recording devices or cameras.

Ya know..... ladies with a C cup or bigger can always get a Cell Phone, Camera, Dat Machine etc. into a concert by not wearing a bra and taping it under their breast. But you didn't hear that from me.

uh...DUH! Truth be told, I saw tons of camera phones. Some taking pix; some being used like lighters!

I don't know how they could take the phones. What if you're a mom out with your friend and you have the phone on vibrate so you can be alerted if something happens w/your kid?

Touchy subject.... I went to the opening show, and didn't get patted. Then again, I didn't have a cell phone.

You can take a camera in the show if you want your ass kicked. Just kidding, the answer is no.

The use of camera-phones is also forbidden, check the NPGMC it's on a thread there.

That's true. There was a lady behind me at the Dallas Show and the security guard promptly asked her to put it away. He then continued 2 watch her the rest of the show.

There was also a lady that tried to bring a camera in as I was entering. They made her take it back 2 her car and held her cell phone hostage (which was stolen by the time she got back). neutral

At the Dallas show, Everyone around me had picture phones and cameras
I was being blinded by camera flashes instead of stage lights
I was good and left my phone and camera at home, and I regret because all security did was unzip my purse and zip it back up, she didnt go through it at all.

THe lady next to me brought her camera in on her wrist!
