Rahi isn't lying. I also purchased 2 tickets for MSG. I know of another member who purchased tickets as well.

Apparently, there was a small window open that some of us were able to use.

I got my confirmation # and email. A PP moderator also said the sales were valid.

I wouldn't blame NPG for the server issue. I would blame the company who hosts them. I did some checking and it appears to be a company out of Connecticut called Auragan.

Auragan's servers at advection.net handle ticket sales. It was this server that went down, not NPGmusicclub.com. That's why the message board, chat, etc continue to work while the advection.net page says "Cannot find server" etc.

But I hope these incidents [first show L.A. was crazy but I was able to get tickets too] convince NPG to find a better hosting company that can handle the traffic.

I got my tix with no problem, I also got 2 for Phila. I'm near Phila.
