Rotating stage When performing in the round, has Prince ever used a rotating stage? I've seen 3 other artists in the round, and 2 of this, so no matter where you were, you saw all of the show. I've only seen Prince @ small theaters where the endstage setup was the only possibility.

Lovesexy was "In the Round" but the stage didn't rotate. True "In the round" does allow everyone to see the concert from all angles and it's GREAT! But, a friend took me to see Luther Vandross in the round, and he had Ava Cherry and Lish Fischer (his back up singers) decked out in these bright green ball gowns. As the stage rotated (slowly), I kid you not, those bright green dresses became a green blur and made me quite Nauseous. But anyway, I'm sure if the Musicology stage rotates it will be cool..and not nauseating. My name is Prince and I want your money

I saw Stevie Wonder years ago in Nashville. He was in the round and rotating stage. It was pretty nice, but i was in the first level of seats so i could see the entire stage. Of course NPGMC tickets are supposively on the floor, so I hope I wont need a chriopractor the next morning.

Exactly, I'm kinda scared of this whole priority seating thing that we're getting (especially without knowing where your seats will be for 4 months). Yes, the seats will be on the floor, but, #1 these concerts are taking place in arenas, therefore the floor is flat and not inclined like it is in a theater. What if your seats ARE on the floor, but in the 60th row? Or in the second row right under the stage behind John Blackwell. Yeah a chiropractor may be needed after a night of neck craning like that. I'm sure the stage is designed in a way that everyone can see everything, at least at some points through the show.
