*VERY* high priced St. Paul Tickets on eBay scalping??

There are listings for 2 (floor) tickets for $575. Doesn't this break the eBay rules about not selling for more than face value???? Kinda pisses me off! The max ticket price I saw avalable on ticketmaster was $75 + the other charges only came to around $91 so...

Just had to vent ~

Selling tickets above face value is not against Ebay rules. Ebay follows each states laws when it comes to ticket selling so if the seller were based in Wisconsin then it would be perfectly legal to sell the tickets at whatever price. You ever notice that our local ticket brokers are based out of Hudson?

How do you know you got front row tickets? Did you win them or get them off ticketmaster?

Ohhhhh ~ see I read the rules wrong...I thought it was by event location (Minnesota) not by where the seller is based. I re-read it and caught it the 2nd time.

Thanks smile ~slinking off to a corner~
