RALEIGH SHOW IN JEOPARDY??

Okay folks, I'm extremely worried about the Raleigh show. As of Friday the promoter had not done several KEY things to make this happen. Like CONTACT THE RBC CENTER!! WTF is that about?? The ticket prices aren't set, and Ticketmaster hasn't been contacted either with information on ticket prices or when sales to the general public will begin.

I don't know who's promoting the show here.... but I hope they are getting on the ball this week. I can't imagine the show being cancelled since many of you already got tix via pre-sales through npg. But this is some last minute, triflin mess. sad

For Real, yo.....

somebody, somewhere- I mean the powers that "be" need to start making this happen. I'm worried about this too, with this it being the last tour and all. Brings back memories for me of the Purple Rain Tour. I camped out for tickets for the Richmond, VA show in October 1984. He had a show in Greensboro, NC a few nights before and apparantly, there wasnt enough time to set up stage. The show was idenfinately postponed until May 1985, and then cancelled.

Are any more shows being added to the tour, guess i'l have to fly somewhere and catch him where I can. This really sucks....

Don't worry. The website for the RBC Center lists the date on their calendar, so I would say it's basically confirmed. It's just the date for the public Ticketmaster sale that hasn't been confirmed. That's all.
If I want your opinion, I'll beat it outta ya!

I hope u know something I don't. As in you are the promoter in question. Because my sources informed me that not only is said promoter not communicating with ticketmaster, he or she or it isn't communicating with the RBC either. Still trifling if you ask me. But I digress... for now.

Temptation

Give the promoter a break. You should see the demands Prince is making about the special stage rig! Not to mention this last-minute "free CD" program he threw on them. The promoter is literally taking care of a million details.

Anyway, get happy 'cause here it is (link below). Tix onsale to the public Monday, March 15th, at 10 AM EST. Enjoy the show, Carolina!
