Does anybody know where and when Prince is going to be playing in or near Detroit. I haven't seen anything so far. I can't imagine he'd skip us!

Hey Vinny...haven't heard anything about a date yet but don't sweat it..he will be Detroit. I'm assuming Joe Louis or the Palace. I'm guessing Joe Louis cause he was there in the round with Lovesexy. I can't imagine he'd be bold enough for Ford Field cause that's like 60,000 seats I think.

Or he could go retro and do Cobo --- intimate and in the round.

Wih the Red Wings and Pistons doing very well, it will be very hard for Prince to schedule a date or two or three (let's pray -- like LA/Anaheim) at The Palace or The Joe.

Then there is Crisel Arena at U-M in Ann Arbor and The Convo Center in Ypsi.

I hope he doesn't do the Palace. I have nightmares of that last show where it was all the "Purple Rain" only crowd that walked out before the show was over. He never gets that kind of reaction down in the city. Comerica would be cool.
