Question about the will call window? Does anyone know if our names will be on the tickets, when we pick them up at the call window? or will they just pass them out randomly.I'm going to the Cincinnati concert and want to know how early i should arrive at the arena.If the concert starts at 7:30, should i be there at 5:00? | |

I’d arrive a bit early if I were you. It depends on the area and the venue, but sometimes there are lines (long ones) to pick up your ticket at will call. An hour is usually more than enough time to plan for will call tickets. Take your I.D. with you, the credit card you bought the tickets with (just in case) and a print out of the purchase confirmation sent to you by the club. Get your tickets and enjoy the show! | |
