1. It's Chicago and Prince has a large fan base in the area.
2. Prince's clothing designer and web site manager are both residents of Chicago.
3. He's probably going to sneak over to the Taste of Chicago (June 25 - July 4) and grab that big Turkey Leg that has enough meat on it for lunch and dinner. He'll also want to taste a Chicago Style hot dog, a slice of deep dish pizza (created in Chicago), and some Anna's Fried Dough. biggrin

Yes, I have heard he's a vegetarian/vegan, but the foods I've listed above would make a person convert for one day.

And! I'm a vegetarian because I do eat from the sea/ocean and the only time I have dairy is when I eat cakes, pies, and cookies.

Experimenting with food is something you should try. You can make a soy cheese and spinach deep dish pizza. Purchase the Boca soy Italian sausage and dress it up as a Chicago Style hot dog. As a true Chicagoan, I know you have to know the fixings that go on a CS hot dog.

Vegetarian/Veganism is all about experimenting with the vegetables.

GO ORGANIC!!!!!

I just read in the paper last night that someone who eats a mainly vegetarian diet but eats fish/poultry occasionally is now called a "flexitarian" - so hello, flexxie!!! biggrin
