Before I bought my ticket, NPG Music Club said that they would issue refunds to members if you cannot make it to the show. After I bought my ticket, the refund policy is never. Did anyone else notice this change? If I cannot resell them, or give them to a friend, and cannot use them, how can they charge me, especially when the terms were different when I bought them. I plan to see him in Cleveland, and in NYC if he comes here, but where's the justice?

If the conditions of sale have been changed SINCE you bought the ticket they should still be be bound by the original wording BEFORE they changed it.
